Astraea is a free, ad-supported astrology & natal-chart app for entertainment only. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. Readings are for fun and are not advice or guaranteed predictions.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Astraea ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. Some astrology and relationship themes are intended for adults.
All astrology, natal-chart, compatibility, horoscope and tarot content is provided for entertainment, self-reflection and inspiration only. It is not scientific fact and is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice, and it is not a guaranteed prediction. Do not base important decisions on it.
You enter your birth date, time and place (a city) to generate charts. These are stored on your device and used to compute your chart; if an online calculation service is used, they are sent only to compute the chart, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is free and supported by advertising, and may offer optional unlocks or a subscription processed through Google Play Billing; price and terms are shown before purchase, and subscriptions renew until cancelled in the Play Store. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that ad and attribution partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the App, circumvent its advertising or security features, or reverse engineer or modify it except where such restriction is prohibited by law. The App, including its design, code, graphics and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable export-control laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
